PCS Family Services
Our Mission
Our mission is to serve justice-impacted individuals, youth, and families by providing community-based support, youth diversion programs, and accessible mental health services. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we empower individuals to heal, grow, and build stable, productive futures while strengthening the communities we serve.
Our History
Originally named Project Caring & Sharing, PCS Family Services, Inc. was established in 1963 in the city of Pomona, California by Mrs. Gertie Brown. It was the social ministry of Brown Memorial Temple C.O.G.I.C. It is our desire to continue to meet the growing needs of our communities by offering services such as academic mentoring, family support classes, and re-entry programs.

“We have accepted the challenge to strengthen two of the most vital educating institutions- the family and the school.”
