Integrated Health.
our service
Mental Health Support Services
Our Youth and Adult Services include a comprehensive psychosocial assessment conducted by a licensed therapist or a supervised associate, intern, or practicum student. Following the assessment, clients are matched with individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches designed to address mental health challenges such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
Our clinical team is trained in a range of proven therapeutic methods, including Motivational Interviewing, the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, and Seeking Safety’s dual recovery program. These approaches support clients in building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and developing healthy coping strategies.
Each participant receives a personalized treatment plan developed
collaboratively with their clinician, incorporating participant goals, strengths, and cultural context. Treatment plans utilize evidence-based modalities, including CBT, MI, Seeking Safety, and TRM integrated through:
- Individual therapy
- Group therapy and healing circles
- Crisis intervention
- Short-term and ongoing clinical support
The Integrated Health Committee is preparing to reconvene re-entry stakeholders dedicated to improving the comprehensive mental health, physical health, and substance use needs of the re-entry population by addressing in equity across systems of care an increasing access to care.
