These gatherings empower parents, amplify parent voices, and foster community-led solutions that promote healthy families and positive outcomes for children.
Ready Family - Emergency Kits
The Ready Families Program, made possible through our partnership with the California Fire Foundation, helps families prepare for emergencies by providing free emergency preparedness kits filled with essential safety supplies and resources. Each kit includes items such as a first aid kit, flashlight, emergency blanket, whistle, masks, and important community resource information.
Designed to support youth and families living in high-risk wildfire areas throughout the Pomona Valley and San Bernardino County, this program promotes emergency readiness and resilience. By equipping families with critical tools and information, PCS Family Services helps ensure our community is better prepared to stay safe during natural disasters, power outages, and other unexpected emergencies. Registration is required, and supplies are limited to one kit per family.
